With an intimate knowledge of lighting and video control technology, Mandylights is at the forefront of true visual design; working with selected media server companies to develop plug-ins and new ways of controlling show visuals. In the preproduction stage, our visualisation system is one of the most powerful in the world; rendering multiple video sources, lighting fixtures and more in real time, allowing the designers to test their ideas in addition to presenting and explaining concepts to clients.
For our designers, there’s no such thing as a “concept render.” Every design, every concept and every render that Mandylights produces is realistic, achievable and practical for the proposed project. In what seemed to be a natural progression from the company’s work with media servers and visual design, Mandylights also offers video content design and production, ensuring that the uniform visual look of a production is further extended into the actual content. In recent months, Mandylights has created content for everything from low-resolution LED walls through to high-definition animations for awards events and tailored themed content for dance parties.
