Mandylights began in 2006 at a small bar in Sydney, Australia, when a group of lighting designers dreamed of a company that could share resources, brain power and contacts to create the region’s first dedicated lighting and production design house. Almost eleven years later, Mandylights has grown to include dozens of designers, production technicians and consulting contractors who have helped us deliver hundreds of projects in over fifty countries around the world.

With offices in Australia and the United Kingdom, Mandylights is a world-class lighting, visual and production design company that creates outstanding works for entertainment, corporate, architectural and broadcast markets around the world. In recent years, we’ve lit the world’s tallest buildings, produced stage designs for some of the planet’s leading touring artists and amazed usually stone-faced corporations with production designs for all kinds of galas, meetings and special events.

With a unique ability to work around the world as a single team, Mandylights is built on the foundation of like-minded designers who collaborate on every project, with the capacity to not only deliver an initial design, but then visualise, program, tour and even provide complete production services for global touring or local execution at any scale.

Richard Neville


Richard is an award-winning lighting, production and visual designer with touring, special event, broadcast and theatrical credits from around the world. He has a strong technical background in lighting design, programming, drawing and visualisation which lends itself easily to spectacular, high-tech yet realistic and achievable production designs for any application. This, coupled with a strong musical history and passion for creative lighting and visual design that began in high school, makes Richard the passionate and creative designer he is today.

    Tom Edwards


    Tom’s passion for lighting began at a very young age. This combined with a strong love for music has been the foundation that has driven him to be a competent & passionate designer. His experience spans from a wide array of different applications that has seen him grow over the past 10 years.He originally started off working within TV for the BBC in London before he moved towards theatre and spent time both sides of the console touring with ‘The Rocky Horror Show’ in 2009. With experience in corporate product launches and conferences, dealing with bespoke interactive lighting systems throughout the UK & Europe. Tom has a considerable amount of knowledge when handling client expectations and delivering a range of diverse designs.

      Liam Tully


      Liam is a successful designer and programmer with a significant amount of international concert touring experience. His on going work with James bay got him shortlisted for a Knight of illumination award in 2015.With an array of varying artists under his belt, Liam has designed a number of different shows and has a clear understanding of how to adhere to different artistic requirements.Liam’s always been passionate about lighting and production design. With a very strong technical background in consoles, media servers & CAD, Liam strives in creating realistic visualisations, interactive renders and drawings for all his projects.

        Adrienn Lord

        Production Designer

        Adrienn has a combined total of 15 years training and experience in the entertainment industry. His passion for bring people together through shared communal experience has focused into a high level of creative and technical skill as a production designer for live events and theatre. He was the lead design assistant on the Helpman Award winning Love Never Dies and has experience with some of Australia’s biggest arts companies including Opera Australia, Sydney Theatre Company, Gordon Frost Associates and Vivid. Internationally he was the associate designer for the opening festival of the National Gallery Singapore, Share the Hope. A graduate of NIDA’s Design course, including a collaborative feature film with AFTRS, and of the Design Centre Enmore’s Events and Entertainment course, he finish with the highest mark state wide and awarded runner up for outstanding achievement across all TAFE NSW courses. Adrienn is a Mandylights production designer with a focus on the sculptural and immersive qualities of our works. He multi-platform approach to design enables him to engage of a wide range of creative opportunities and challenges.

          Jean Pierre Jammaers

          Production Manager

          After 10 years of working in a variety of venues, events and production companies JP has developed his skills as not only a systems and lighting engineer, but also as a successful project manager leading high profile and large scale productions. JP has managed events of varying size from conception to completion. Fluent in both English and Spanish, JP’s experience, skills and flexibility have taken him all around the UK, Europe, Asia, North America and Australia. JP has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree from the University of the West of England reading Music Systems Engineering

            Kate Chalker

            Finance + Operations Manager

            Kate joined Mandylights in 2016, bringing over a decade of financial and production based experience to the team. Kate has worked nationally and internationally for some of the biggest music festivals and visual arts organisations as a member of the senior management team, and has a proven track record in implementing robust financial and strategic planning systems, operational and governance policies and procedures, and sound WHS and HR processes within commercial and NFP environments. She’s also dabbled in IT project management. Kate is a member of both the Governance Institute of Australia (CSA) and CPA Australia.

              Clint Dulieu

              Technical Designer

              Clint brings over fifteen years of experience in lighting and show design, with a specialised knowledge of complex show control systems spanning lighting, audio, video and rigging. Clint has played a role in Mandylights since the company's formation over a decade ago before joining us full time. Clint is well known for his programming and technical design skills around Australia and internationally, where he brings a considerable amount of long term installation and operational knowledge to the business.

                Claire Melton

                Production Coordinator

                Claire is an experienced administration and production professional with an enviable history in the hospitality, tourism and events industries. Skilled in sales, customer service, event management and market research, Claire holds a double degree in Tourism Management/International Studies, and Graduate Certificate in Art Administration.

                  Beth Iveson-Everett

                  Production Assistant

                  Beth joins us from the UK, with a BA (Hons) in Performance and a dynamic career spanning hospitality, events and theatrical markets.

                    Nick Sheen

                    Production Technician

                    Originally developing his skills and background of electrical and electronic engineering with an international engineering company in the United Kingdom, Nick came to Mandylights and has worked on a wide variety of large scale events and touring, using his knowledge to construct and develop custom lighting and control elements at the heart of all of our installations.
